Len May is a Certified Medical Cannabis Specialist with 25 years of cannabisrelated experience. He was president of the Cannabis Action Network, and a lifetime board member of the California Cannabis Association as well as the Association of Cannabis Specialists. May has a Masters of Medical Cannabis and an Endocannabinoid Formulation Specialist Certification from the Institute for the Advancement of Integrative Medicine.<br />Currently, Len May is CEO and Co-Founder of Endocanna Health, a Bio-Science Technology company and the parent company of Endo DNA. Mr. May is an accomplished public speaker having presented on these topics on some of the world’s most prestigious stages in his mission to help educate the population about the healing powers personalized of cannabis.

Michele R. Dunn

Executive Director of SAFE

Michele Dunn is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Center for Philanthropy and Non-Profit Management. Her undergraduate studies include emphasis in both public relations and communications. Her vast career experience includes association management, legislative representation, grassroots organization, and association development. She successfully works with organizations and associations to provide governmental representation at the state and federal levels. She was part of the team that worked to pass Cannabis legislation in Georgia. Her clients include cities, counties, foundations, associations, and corporate entities. She has successfully championed appropriations allocations, including healthcare, bio-fuel and bio-feedstocks, transportation projects, and land management use issues. She is the co-founder of Safe Access For Everyone (SAFE) and serves as its Executive Director.

Tamieka Range, Esq.

Prior to practicing law Mrs. Range attained her B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida. While in her initial career she held various positions in compliance and management for a variety of financial institutions including a full-service commercial mortgage finance company, an independent financial services firm, a foreign exchange (FOREX) brokerage firm, and an alternative asset management firm. After several years in the financial sector she decided to obtain a law degree and completed her Juris Doctorate at the FAMU, College of Law, here in Orlando, FL. Subsequent to passing the bar, she was brought in-house as an attorney for a local, leading alternative assets investment firm to work on business, compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.<br />Currently, she serves as the founder and principal attorney at Range Law Firm where she focuses on cannabis laws and regulatory matters; cannabis business compliance; contract drafting, negotiations and review; and business transactions. She also serves as Co-Founder and General Counsel of ART420, Cannabis Inspired Art, which hosts’ annual fine-art shows on the subject matter of cannabis. She also supports Minorities 4 Medical Marijuana, a non-profit organization with 15+ chapters nationwide focusing on public policy, business development, medical access and social justice for minorities in the cannabis industry. And lastly, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at FAMU, College of Law where she teaches, Cannabis Law and Social Justice; the first cannabis law course to be taught at any institutional of higher education in the State of Florida, and the first cannabis course nation wide to focus on social justice matters within the cannabis industry.

Wesley B. Dunn, Esq

Cannabis Policy Expert

Wesley has been a tireless advocate over the past five years working on every successful Medical Cannabis Bill passed in Georgia. A (1978) Emory Law School Graduate and president of the student bar, Wesley was elected to the Georgia General Assembly in 1982 and began a decade of distinguished service in the House of Representatives, serving on the powerful Rules and Rules Changes Sub-committee, Appropriations (Vice-Chair General Government Sub-committee), Banking, Industry, and as Chair of the Insurance Committee. As a lobbyist, his successes in the passage of statutory legislation and appropriation allocations have been unprecedented. His work and experience in the field of insurance and agriculture is unrivaled, from representing individual companies to his role as general counsel for state and national associations, he understands the inside workings of the industries. However, his expertise is not limited to the insurance and agriculture industry (including Hemp and Medical Cannabis); he is responsible for garnering the largest single state contract in Georgia history, and has become sort after for his experience in advanced technologies and renewables. He is an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale Hubbard.

Stanley Atkins II

“The CanniMedic”

Stanley Atkins II is a United States Navy Veteran whom proudly served on 2 deployments into the Persian Gulf, participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. After his military service Stanley successfully became a Firefighter with Clayton County Fire and Emergency Services. Stanley went on to become a decorated Fire Medic, receiving multiple awards and commendations at the local, state and national levels. During his career, he worked as a Paramedic for such renowned facilities as Emory University Hospital, Atlanta Metro Ambulance as well as Event EMS. Unfortunately, his EMS career was cut short due to physical illness and he was forced to retire prematurely. While battling chronic illness and addiction, he was able to transition his knowledge basis in healthcare into public health information and advocacy.  Stanley currently assists multiple non- profit organizations in their mission to assist their communities.  The Good Medic which is an allied health care platform, has become a pillar in Georgia public health.  The Good Medic LLC, was created to be the catalyst for innovative approaches to public health, safety and community services. The CanniMedic is a platform created to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare practices, and alternative wellness therapies. Stanley has positioned himself formidable figure in local and State level politics. Stanley has successfully assisted with the Cannabis decriminalization ordnances of the City of Atlanta as well as the City of South Fulton. Stanley has been appointed to the Georgia Opioid Task force, by DBHDD. Notable public speaking engagements are appearances at the Georgia State Capital, Atlanta City Hall, City of South Fulton, as well as the City of Griffin, Georgia. Stanley has made marquee media appearances on national outlets such as Vice, The Young Turks, High Rollerz BJJ and BRealTV.  Stanley is an expert panelist, with key appearance at Atlanta Power Con 2018.  In September 2018, The CanniMedic was introduced as a guest speak on the main stage at the Boston Freedom rally. In January 2019, Stanley was appointed as the Georgia Chapter President of Minorities for Medical Marijuana. During the 2019 Georgia legislative session, Stanley worked hands on with legislatures, to ensure Minority inclusion with the Georgia Medical Cannabis and Industrial Hemp program as public education. Stanley continues to lead the way in progressive approaches to alternative wellness, as well as becoming a staple in the Cannabis industry.

Luis Liogier-Weyback, MD

President & Founder of Doctor Jane

Luis Enrique R. Liogier-Weyback, M.D., is President and founder of Doctor Jane, South Florida’s most professional and discreet concierge medical cannabis practice. As a United States Navy veteran and a neurosurgery-trained physician, Dr. Weyback has made it his mission to bring education and evidence-based personalized therapy into his patients’ homes. As a member of the Brigade of Midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy, Dr. Weyback played Division-1A men’s ice hockey as a highly-recruited defenseman. He has played a total of 22 years of high-level competitive ice hockey. Dr. Weyback is passionate about ensuring that first responders and veterans have access to the benefits of medical cannabis they can use to manage the psychological and physical conditions that disproportionately affect them.<br />Given his extensive personal and professional experience with traumatic brain injury, he decided to concentrate on injury prevention and recovery. When his wife became ill necessitating a change in career from neurosurgery, Dr. Weyback transitioned to wellness and preventative medicine. That was when he decided that this burgeoning therapy should be more easily accessible to a wider range of patients. Maintaining the core values of evidence-based treatment and respect for his patients, he founded Doctor Jane with the mission of providing high-quality, individualized and safe medical cannabis therapy to the patients that need it most.<br />Dr. Weyback has co-authored a number of peer-reviewed medical articles, including “The Aging Brain: The Significance of the Default Mode Network (DMN) in Neurological and Neuropsychiatric Disorders: A Review,” in the Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine; “Caffeine as Treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease: A Review,” in the Journal of Caffeine Research; and “The Positive Correlation Between Migraine and Vertigo: A Review,” in The Egyptian Journal of Otolaryngology.” Dr. Weyback holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology and a Post-Baccalaureate in Medical Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. He obtained his MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2014, received his residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina, and is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and the Florida Medical Association. Additionally, he is an Athlete Ambassador for Athletes for Care, a nonprofit organization started by and for professional, Olympic, and collegiate level athletes with a focus on advocacy on traumatic brain injury and cannabis use as a medical therapy. Dr. Weyback currently resides in Palm Beach County, FL with his wife, Katie Liogier-Weyback, B.S., R.N., and their daughter.

Adam Abodeely MD, MBA, FACS, FASCRS

CEO & Founder ReserveMD

Dr. Adam Abodeely MD, MBA, FACS, FASCRS is the founder/CEO of ReserveMD™ and is a Double Board Certified Surgeon specializing in gastrointestinal diseases and cancer. Realizing the benefits of cannabis for patients with such ailments, Dr. Abodeely expanded his medical cannabis practice to include patients with a variety of medical ailments and currently treats patients utilizing CBD and cannabis based therapies for over 100 different conditions.  Being dedicated to product quality and consumer safety, as well as education, he is an active member in numerous international cannabinoid societies and he serves as Chairman of the Dispensary Review Committee for the Association of Cannabis Specialists. Dr. Abodeely gives presentations to a variety of audiences and provides consultations on various aspects of medical cannabis. He is an author who has several cannabis publications including his book titled “A Surgeon’s Perspective on the Science & Truth of Cannabis”. Dr. Abodeely is also the cofounder and Chief Scientific Officer for World CannaHealth and the Chief Medical Officer for the CBD training academy. He is dedicated to advancing the science and education of cannabinoid-based therapies. He has a special interest in formulating products which capture the unique benefits of cannabinoids, terpenes and other natural ingredients to provide optimal synergy and interaction with the human endocannabinoid system. 

Hope Wiseman

Founder of Mary & Main

In the fall of 2017, Hope’s ambition and hard work led her to become the youngest black woman dispensary owner in the United States when she officially started Mary and Main.<br />Hope was born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, graduating from the illustrious Spelman College where she received her Bachelor’s in Economics. Hope has always been passionate about serving her community and was known for her exceptional leadership skills in several campus organizations.<br />Of her many undergraduate accomplishments, Hope cites her time as co-founder of her alma mater’s Habitat for Humanity chapter as some of the most educational and inspiring opportunities she encountered on her road to entrepreneurship. After spending a year at SunTrust as an Equity Institutional Sales Analyst, Hope decided to continue striving for excellence by pursuing her dreams of entrepreneurship. With her financial and banking background, Hope founded Mary and Main (formerly Compassionate Herbal Alternative) on the foundation of her vision to create opportunity for minorities who have been disproportionately affected by the war on drugs.

Mehka King

Host and Owner of the CashColorCannabis Website & Podcast

Mehka King has spent his professional career as a journalist and content creator. Known most as a contributor to publications including, XXL, SLAM Magazine, Hip Hop Weekly and, Mehka turned his perspective, and penchant for storytelling to a diverse writing resume covering music, sports, the evolving cannabis industry and politics.<br />In 2016 Mehka began his third documentary “The Color Green: Cash, Color, Cannabis.”. The film examines the declassification of cannabis in the United States, and where minorities who bore the brunt of the destructive drug laws, fit in the new multi-billion dollar industry. Mehka launched CashColorCannabis in 2017. The brand, which began as one of Atlanta's first ever cannabis event series has grown into a voice of the people and steady source of information and trends within the cannabis industry. He has interviewed cannabis activisits as well as politicians, business leaders, athletes and entertainers about their views on cannabis for his budding network.

Steve O’Day, Esq.

Mr. O’Day has handled environmental litigation, consultation and negotiations for over 35 years. Dockery, Jr. Southern Environmental Leadership Award from the Southern Environmental Law Center. He was also recognized with the Ogden Doremus Award for Excellence in Environmental Law. In 2014, Mr. O’Day received the Award for Service to the Profession of Environmental Law presented by the State Bar of Georgia, Environmental Law Section, of which he formerly served as Vice Chairman.<br />Mr. O’Day is now serving on the Green Chamber of the South Foundation Board. He is active in the Litigation, Environment, Energy and Resources, and Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Sections of the American Bar Association.<br />Mr. O’Day served as Chairman of the Environmental Advisory Council for Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor for eight years and on an Advisory Committee to the Georgia Pollution Prevention Assistance Division and the Governor’s Rivercare 2000 Task Force. He also served on the State of Georgia’s Solid Waste Planning Task Force, on the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Water Quality Task Force and as Chairman of the Solid Waste Task Force. He led the Environmental Collaborative of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s award-winning Vision 2020 long term planning effort. He was also instrumental in a multi-party collaborative effort to craft Georgia’s General NPDES permit for storm water discharges from construction activities. Mr. O’Day currently serves on the Executive Advisory Council for Greenprint Midtown, the sustainability initiative for Midtown Atlanta, being implemented by Midtown Alliance. He is a founding and current Board member, and immediate past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Southern Environmental Law Center, serves on the Board of the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, is a founding member and continues to serve on the Board of the Georgia Property Rights Council and is a member of Leadership Atlanta, and teaches environmental law as a part-time instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology.<br />He studied Civil Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Furman University in 1976. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1979. While at Harvard, Mr. O’Day served as Chairman of the Harvard Environmental Law Society.

Andrew (Drew) Maloney is the Chairman and CEO of ReLeaf Genetics & Capstone Healthcare. Prior to founding Capstone Healthcare, he has served as the President of Poplar Healthcare (Memphis, TN) and SVP of Sales of GI Pathology for 10 years. Early in his career he has served in many sales, business development, and marketing positions with Dianon Systems (a division of Lab Corp), AmeriPath (a division of Quest Diagnostics), MDDatacorp and Asterand. Mr. Maloney served 10 years on active duty as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer and is a 1988 graduate of LaSalle University. He is an avid explorer, passionate about the planet and environment, and part-time high altitude mountaineer, climbing mountains throughout the world, including summiting Mount Everest in 2017. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Natasha and family.

Rhyan Walcott

Rhyan Walcott is Director of ReLeaf Genetics & Director of Operations at Captiva Lab in Charlotte, NC. He has over 12 years of experience in the lab world, having worked in environmental science as well diagnostic testing laboratories in Florida and North Carolina. Mr. Walcott earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2011 & his Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. He also currently serves as an adjunct college professor for an international college based in Miami, FL. Throughout his career he has played in incremental role in business start-ups and ownership, remains dedicated to education, and continues to be involved in the world of science. Mr. Rhyan Walcott currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Samantha and their family.
